What is non-emergency medical
transportation (NEMT)?

Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) provides safe, scheduled rides for patients who need help getting to healthcare appointments but do not require an ambulance. We serve individuals who may use wheelchairs, walkers, or simply need reliable transportation and assistance.

How far in advance should I
schedule transportation?

We recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance whenever possible. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests depending on availability. Recurring appointments can also be scheduled in advance for convenience.

What types of appointments do you
transport patients to?

We provide transportation for doctor visits, outpatient surgeries, dialysis, chemotherapy, hospital discharges, physical and occupational therapy, dental appointments, rehabilitation sessions, legal appointments, and more. If you’re unsure whether we cover your destination, just ask.

Can a family member or
caregiver ride along?

Absolutely. A caregiver, family member, or companion is welcome to ride along at no extra cost, as long as space is available. Let us know ahead of time so we can plan your trip accordingly.

Do you provide wheelchair or
special-assistance transportation?

Yes. Our vehicles can accommodate wheelchair and mobility-assistance passengers. Our trained drivers help with boarding, securing wheelchairs, and ensuring safe, comfortable travel from door to door.

How much does non-emergency
medical transportation cost?

Pricing depends on mileage, level of assistance, wait time, and pickup location. We’ll provide a clear estimate before scheduling your ride so there are no surprises. Contact us for a personalized quote.
